The toilet made an uncomfortably loud noise when flushed!!! The elevator is painfully slow and limits rides to just two guests. A dedicated pet area would improve the overall experience!!!

The queen suite offered decent space, good for family stays. The hot tub looked inviting, though it was unfortunately out of service during my visit.

The carpets weren't clean, which is a turn-off right off the bat. I ran into issues with the bathroom door that didn't close properly, and the love seat felt more like a dust collector than a place to sit-definitely not the comfortable spot I hoped for. Crumbs on the beds forced me to use my own sheets, which is never a good sign for cleanliness. To top it off, breakfast options were below par, with the hot items being room temperature at best. Not the relaxing experience I was after.

I stayed 2 nights in a queen suite with my family. The room was super spacious, way bigger than I thought! Beds were really comfy and separated nicely. Staff was super friendly, and I loved that I could see my car from the window. Kinda bummed the elevator was acting up sometimes, tho.

The room we stayed in was spacious and featured a nice seating area, perfect for relaxing with my family. We loved the close proximity to restaurants and local attractions like North Plains Mall. The included breakfast had a variety of tasty hot items.

The King Suite with Sofa Bed was spacious and comfortable. The jet tub was a nice surprise for relaxation!

Staff were friendly, and I appreciated the clean common areas as well as the decent breakfast options. However, the thin walls made sleep difficult, with noisy neighbors and outside traffic. The carpets could use some attention, showing signs of wear and stains.
